REQUIREMENTS FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO PROVIDE TRAINING SERVICES:

1-Freelance license.

2-National ID.

3-Bank account certificate (IBAN) or a copy of the IBAN card. The name of the beneficiary must be in English.

2- The owner’s ID Card.

REQUIREMENTS FOR COMPANIES WHO PROVIDE TRAINING SERVICES:

 

1-Commercial registration (CR).

2-Director General ID Card.

3-Bank account certificate (IBAN) or a copy of the IBAN card. The name of the beneficiary must be in English.

4-The founding contract.

5- The ID of the owners who have 25% or more in the founding contract.

Once you have been approved as an instructor on Sullam Platform, you can create and manage your courses through the platform's course creation tools. 

Sullam Platform offers a range of resources and support for instructors to add their programs, including recorded courses, live sessions using Zoom, or promoting in-person classes.

When it comes to payment for instructors on Sullam Platform, the revenue generated by the instructor or training center is transferred directly to their bank account, which they provided during registration. The platform deducts a commission of 15% from the revenue, and the payment is processed through an intermediary contracted by the platform for payment operations. It's important to note that this payment process may take a minimum of 48 business hours, and there is a minimum transfer amount of 100 SAR. If the amount is less than 100 SAR, it will be retained in the instructor or training center's account, and they must request a transfer for the amount to be transferred to them.

Sullam Platform has a rigorous screening process for both courses and instructors to ensure the quality of the learning experience for students. In addition, the platform provides various resources and support for instructors to help them create engaging and effective courses.

Yes, Sullam Platform conducts various marketing campaigns to promote courses and programs offered by its instructors. These campaigns are designed to increase the visibility of courses to potential students and drive enrollments. However, it's important to note that instructors are also responsible for promoting their own courses through their personal networks and social media channels to reach a wider audience.

Yes, as an instructor on Sullam Platform, you can create discount coupons to offer your courses to students at a reduced price. When a student applies the coupon code during the checkout process, the discount percentage will be deducted from either your revenue or the platform's revenue, depending on who offers the coupon. If you offer the coupon, the discounted amount will be deducted from your revenue. If the platform offers the coupon, the discounted amount will be deducted from their revenue. If there is an agreement between you and the platform to offer the coupon, the discounted amount will be deducted equally from the revenue of both parties. Offering discount coupons can be an effective way to attract more students to your courses and increase your sales on the platform.

Yes, as an instructor on Sullam Platform, you have the ability to delete your content from the platform at any time. It's important to note that deleting content will remove it from the platform and make it inaccessible to students who have not yet enrolled in the course or program. If students have previously enrolled in your course or program, your name and the submitted content may remain accessible to those students after deleting your account. If you choose to delete content, it's recommended that you notify your enrolled students in advance and provide them with an explanation for the removal of the content. Additionally, deleting content may have an impact on your revenue and student reviews, so it's important to carefully consider the decision before proceeding. If you have any questions or concerns about deleting your content from Sullam Platform, you can contact the platform's support team for assistance.

If you forget your password and can't access your Sullam account, you can reset your password by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. You will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your account and then sent an email with a link to reset your password.
