-  All users of the platform are subjected to this privacy policy which specifies what information is collected from you and how it is handled.

- As a user, you are required to read and understand the policy before providing us with any information related to you during registering a membership in the platform or receiving any service provided through the platform.

- If you do not agree with the way personal information is collected, stored or used, or if you wish us to stop receiving or collecting your information, you can ask for your data to be erased. This means that you stop using the platform immediately.

- We can process your information for different purposes only if you consent or if your information is publicly available. However, we confirm that your personal information will not be stored or disclosed in a way that leads to your identification directly or indirectly.

Failure to provide any of the mandatory requested information by the platform may result in being unable to perform our services. Users have the right not to provide certain information when we specifically state that some information is not mandatory for some of the services. 

The mandatory information we collect is the following: 

1. - When registering a membership or buying one of our services or contacting us via email or any other means of communication. We collect the following information: name, age, contact information, city, educational level and qualifications.
2. - When you buy one of our services, we collect your credit card, Mada card, STC pay, Apple Pay and bank details. 
3. - The following information is collected when you join as a training center or individual with a content: name, commercial registration or national ID, information of the legal representative of the commercial register or authorized person, qualifications, experience, contact details, bank or credit information, and city.
4. - When you participate in questionnaires or surveys, we collect your personal information that you provide to us.
5. - Information collected from (Cookies).
6. - Internet Protocol address (IP).

Regarding your credit card or Mada card information, you provide it directly to the payment solution provider (PSP), which operates a secure server to process payment details, encrypt your credit card or Mada card information and allow payment. We do not store your credit card number or security code on our servers, except that it passes through our servers while transitioning to a payment solution provider. This information is not under our control but is subjected to the privacy policy and terms and conditions of the payment solution provider.

We collect and use your personal information for the following purposes:

1. - For organizational, administrative, and legal purposes.

2. - For scientific or research purposes.

3. - To complete your service.

4. - To understand user needs and improve services.

5. - To announce upcoming services related to the platform.

6. - To meet judicial or security requirements.

We emphasize that none of the above purposes are intended to identify you. 

User rights

1- Users can access their personal information on the platform at any time and they are able to edit their profiles by themselves.

2- Users have the right to reject this policy or any subsequent updates to it. They can request to delete their information from our server that will stop them from using the platform.

3- Users can request to stop receiving promotional materials during or after the use of the platform through sending a request to the e-mail address. abc@abc.com

Deleting information

When collected data no longer serves the purpose of collecting it, we stop collecting it and delete the data we already have. However, we can retain the information when the purpose for its collection has ended and there is an appropriate legal purpose.  

If you request your data to be deleted that we have previously collected or held, we will respond to this request within 10 days from the date of approval of your request that is sent to us via e-mail. info@sullam.net

2- While we strive to keep our servers secure, we cannot guarantee that no unauthorized access will occur. In this event, we will immediately inform the relevant authorities, and we will notify you if any of the above may cause serious harm to your information or yourself. However, we disclaim our liability for any damage.
