  1. - When registering a membership or buying one of our services or contacting us via email or any other means of communication. We collect the following information: name, age, contact information, city, educational level and qualifications.
  2. - When you buy one of our services, we collect your credit card, Mada card, STC pay, Apple Pay and bank details. 
  3. - The following information is collected when you join as a training center or individual with a content: name, commercial registration or national ID, information of the legal representative of the commercial register or authorized person, qualifications, experience, contact details, bank or credit information, and city.
  4. - When you participate in questionnaires or surveys, we collect your personal information that you provide to us.
  5. - Information collected from (Cookies).
  6. - Internet Protocol address (IP).
 

Regarding your credit card or Mada card information, you provide it directly to the payment solution provider (PSP), which operates a secure server to process payment details, encrypt your credit card or Mada card information and allow payment. We do not store your credit card number or security code on our servers, except that it passes through our servers while transitioning to a payment solution provider. This information is not under our control but is subjected to the privacy policy and terms and conditions of the payment solution provider.

 

We collect and use your personal information for the following purposes:

 
  1. - For organizational, administrative, and legal purposes.

  2. - For scientific or research purposes.

  3. - To complete your service.

  4. - To understand user needs and improve services.

  5. - To announce upcoming services related to the platform.

  6. - To meet judicial or security requirements.

User rights

 

1- Users can access their personal information on the platform at any time and they are able to edit their profiles by themselves.

Deleting information

 

When collected data no longer serves the purpose of collecting it, we stop collecting it and delete the data we already have. However, we can retain the information when the purpose for its collection has ended and there is an appropriate legal purpose.
