TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The (name) platform (here referred to as the "name", the "site", the "platform" or "we") is a site for hosting training centres, tutors and individuals to provide courses, contents, lessons, and to advertise courses that requires in person attendance. It is here for your personal use or on behalf of the entity that you are representing and authorized to use the platform. Your use of this site is subjected to these terms of use and the laws of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By registering on the platform, you agree to these terms of use, and your continued use of the site from time to time, it means that you agree of any amendment or update to the terms when needed or in accordance with the regulations of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is the user responsibility to follow up with any updates as the site is not obliged to announce any update to those terms.

We enable any individual or any training centre to share educational and training contents, skills and advertised courses. The users can access these materials anytime and anywhere. 

Key Terms:

Platform: it is an institution which aims to host training centres, tutors, and individuals under one platform that seeks to automate educational and training services.

User: who has registered membership in the platform as providers or visitors and can browse the services.
Tutor: the user who provides the platform with the services he/she owns. 

Student or trainee: the user who purchases the services offered on the Platform.

Eligibility criteria for using the platform

This platform is only available for use by individuals who have full eligibility to abide by the agreements and contracts concluded in accordance with the law. By registering on the platform and agreeing to the terms of use, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old-or the legal age in your country. Ineligible individuals can use the platform only through one of their parents.

User Conducts:

1- Registration on the platform is free and you can access most of the services without an account, except when you need to benefit from its services whether they are free or paid.

2- You must maintain the confidentiality of your account login info. The password should be strong enough and you are not entitled to give or sell your account on the platform to any other parties or individuals. The platform has the right to terminate the account if it detects any suspicious activity.

3- You are responsible for all activities that take place under your username, for your behavior, for any content, materials, information, or responses.

4- You agree not to create, assist, or encourage any security violation of the system, circumvent it, or change any part of the platform or change these terms in any way.

5- The user has an eternal right of access to the paid services unless we have deleted the materials for any reason.

The user agrees to avoid the following:

1- Violation of these terms, any laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Islamic laws or public morals.

2- Upload, share content containing false, illegal, harmful, vulgar information in any way, or contains offensive scenes, constitutes a threat of any kind, defames any character at any time, intrude on the privacy of persons, contradict the Islamic religion or its principles or any information people agrees on it as undesirable.

3- Upload and share content containing unaccepted or unauthorized advertising materials.

4- Send or transfer any viruses, malicious software or codes that may break down users’ devices or the platform system.

5- Upload content that has been approved by local or international safety laws and electronic content as harmful content which may lead you to be subjected for requisition.

6- Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

7- Impersonation of a person or entity.

8- Share e-mail, content, or personal information with anyone without a clear permission.

9- Share an e-mail, product, or content that is false, misleading, or deceptive.

10- Sell or display any stolen products which may infringe a patent, trademark, trade secret, copyrights, any proprietary rights of another person or entity which violate privacy rights or public rights that defame another person or entity. Besides, those materials that do not have the rights to make them available under any law or contract.

11-Manipulate or change prices for any services or interfere with any other member's listings.

12- Post links in any content on the platform about another platform or service that provides the same services. Unless written permission is given from the platform administration to do so.

13- Aadvertise any illegal products or services that are prohibited by any statutory law.

14- Post any downloadable content containing viruses or any codes, files or programs designed to jam or damage the function of any software, computers or communication devices.

15- Damage and jam the normal flow by increasing the number of requests from the platform (flood attack), or any method that may adversely affect members and visitors and their ability to use the platform.

16- Use any misleading e-mail address, IP internet address or changing the address of the headers of the packets of modules transmitted through the network to hide the primary source of the product published on the platform.

17- Attempt to gain illegal access to the platform's computers, servers and systems to engage in any activity that hinders or reduces the quality and performance of the platform.

18- Attempt to restore permissions to an account that the platform has suspended or deleted as well as attempts to open an account with the same username, etc.

19- Harass anyone on the platform.

20- Collect any personal information about members or visitors for commercial or illegal purposes.

21- Use automatic methods including software methods and data mining tools to download data from the site, or internet services with behaviors known to be harmless. We have the right to define what we call "internet services with behaviors known to be harmless".

Financial compensation of services:

1- Fees are due when the users receive any of the paid services in the platform. The amounts displayed on the platform will be in Saudi riyals. Users are responsible to pay the taxes imposed, and the platform has the right to refer users to pay taxes if they are not paid.

2- If your payment method is failed and you still have access to the service where you are registered, you are obliged to pay the fee to the platform at any time you are notified. The platform has the right to disable your access to the service before receiving the fee.

3-The platform is not responsible for determining the fees of the provided services. The fees are determined by the providers (investors). The prices of provided services may change from time to time.

Certifications

The platform is committed to issuing certificates of completion of the course to students automatically after its completion. 

Intellectual property and copyright

1- When you enable the platform to publish any services that you retain their intellectual property rights, you give the platform the non-exclusive right of this content to be transferable or to use, modify, display, translate or create derivative content from it. Besides, users can access to it at any time in their account in the platform after they paid the fees.
 

2- You cannot use any image, symbol, sign, or video whose rights are owned by another person without obtaining the necessary licenses.

3- It is forbidden to download, copy, reproduce, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license or exploit any services from the platform for any other purpose at all without the prior written permission of the platform. The providers have the right to enable any other platforms to display and publish their services with a condition that the price of services on our platform and the other platform is identical.

4-It is forbidden to publish any services that offend people, any other party, the religion of Islam and morality in society, or any content that negatively affects national unity.

5-You agree as a user to receive advertising materials through the platform, including personalized advertising based on personal or information that we collect or obtain.

6-You can request to remove any services in any of the following cases:

7- After we delete any service from the platform for any reason, it may remain on our systems for the following reasons:

•  - Due to technical limitations in which it takes more time to completely remove content from our systems.

•  - For security reasons, such as to comply with a judicial request, turn over evidence, or to investigate illegal content.

•  - For advertisement reasons.

Legal disclaimer

1- The platform cannot guarantee the accuracy and correctness of the information provided in the provided services. The user can report any services that contain incorrect information, and the platform does not bear responsibility in any way.

2-The platform does not guarantee that the content provided will meet the needs and expectations of the user. The platform does not bear responsibility for this in any way.

3- The services that are provided by the providers may contain links to other sites or other sources. The platform is not legally responsible for any content, service or marketing provided by external sources and websites.

4- The platform allows users to express their opinions about the purchased services. Thus, we do not bear any legal liability that may arise due to the use of this feature or any of the platform features.

5- We work hard to combat viruses and harmful content to provide a complete and secured services. We do not guarantee the platform services or our mailings that we send are free of viruses or other content that we cannot predict. Accordingly, we disclaim our responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from these viruses.

Account termination

1-The platform has the right to prevent and stop the participation of any of the users in the following cases:

•  - If you violate the terms of use of the platform in any way.

•  - In the event of hacking any other account or impersonating the name or identity of other individuals and entering or participating under their name.

•  - If you have been convicted of any misdemeanor or crime that prohibits your use of social media

2- The users can terminate their account at any time, and the loss of any services on their page in the platform fall under their responsibility.

Dispute resolution

We strive to provide clear rules to limit disputes between us and you. In the event of a dispute arising in the implementation of these terms or any of its affairs, you will be subjected to the laws of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
