REFUND POLICY

 

1- The payments through the platform are final payments and there is no refund, except if the amount was withdrawn twice by mistake. Besides, when you have paid for a service that required in person attendance at a training center advertised on the platform and you have agreed with the training center to refund your money, a written request should be sent to us via the training center itself. 

2- In accordance with point#1, refunds are credited to your bank account within a maximum period of 30 days. The fees of the provided services are credited to the providers’ accounts within 30 days after the purchasing of the services to ensure that the amounts are returned to the users who are applied to one of the refund cases.
